The Espair™ Refresh R Series Commercial grade Electronic Air Cleaners are designed to remove dust, tobacco smoke, bacteria, pollen, lint and various other indoor air pollutants. These units are suitable for fixing to flush mounted false ceiling standard grid.The air is purified and recycled back to the indoor spaces. This means there is no loss of cool or heated air from the space as the dirty air need not be exhausted out from the space.

The Espair™ Refresh R Series Commercial grade Electronic Air Cleaners are suitable for use in offices, bars and restaurants, classrooms, clubs , smoking rooms, clinics, medical institutions etc.

These units are a package of 5-stage most advanced air purifying technique. Contaminated indoor air is drawn by the motor/blower through a washable metal mesh pre-filter which traps large dust particles. The remaining fine particles are captured by Electrostatic cell thereafter. Air then passes through Activated Carbon Filter (Optional) which adsorbs odors and VOCs. A UVC germicidal irradiator (Optional) inactivates the germ & bacteria before passing through a Tio2 honeycomb filter (Optional) for final polishing of the air.

WORKING PRINCIPLE - ELECTRONIC FILTER:

Electrostatic Cell Air Filters include two parts : the charging and the collecting sections. In the charging section, the incoming smoke, dust and other particulates pass by ionizer wires which impart a positive electrical charge to these contaminants. The charged contaminant particles then pass into a collector plate section made up of a series of equally spaced parallel plates. Each alternate plate is charged with the same polarity as the particles, which repel, while the interleaving plates are grounded, which attract and collect the contaminants. The contaminants are held in these plates until they are washed away. Air cleaners trap dry particulates like dust, dirt, lint pollens, haze particles etc.
